RETURN POLICY
All pre-paid training sessions are non-refundable with the exception of medical or health complications.
In the event of a refund, Pure Motion Athletics reserves the right to retain a 10% processing fee on the amount of original transaction.
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
DIGITAL ITEM POLICY
I hereby authorize Pure Motion Athletics for the use of photos of me taken while participating in any programs for the use of promotion or marketing only.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with this training program and therefore, I hold Pure Motion Athletics, its management, contractors, and employees harmless from all claims for injuries, damage, or loss which may result from my child(ren)’s participation in this program.
